Legal Disclosure

1. Organisational Status
The Cyber Crisis Response Agency (CCRA) is a private social service organisation. CCRA is not a government agency, governmental bureau, law enforcement department, or public regulatory body. We do not represent any state or federal authority, nor do we hold statutory enforcement powers.

2. Relationship with Law Enforcement and Legal Counsel
CCRA coordinates closely with legal advisors, legal aid clinics, and law enforcement agencies (such as local cyber police divisions) to assist victims of online harassment, deepfakes, and blackmail. However, CCRA is not a law firm and does not provide formal legal representation, legal advice, or statutory police services. Our work is focused on digital intelligence gathering, OSINT platform escalation, content removal coordination, and victim support.

3. Technical Content Removal
When assisting with the removal of leaked content, deepfakes, or extortion material, CCRA operates within platform guidelines, copyright enforcement channels (such as DMCA), and host-level abuse reporting protocols. We do not possess direct administrator access to third-party servers and cannot unilaterally delete files from external networks without platform coordination or legal escalation.

4. No Guarantees
While we make every effort to identify and request the removal of unauthorized digital media, CCRA cannot guarantee that platforms will comply with every request, nor can we prevent subsequent re-uploads of material on uncoordinated domains or decentralized networks.
